Victoria has over 15 years’ experience in coaching and leadership development. Victoria is an Executive Leadership Coach who supports organizations in developing people and systems that are built to thrive. Her approach to development blends vertical (adult) development with somatic experiencing and parts work.
Victoria specializes in posing questions and providing pause for reflection to challenge unexamined beliefs, behaviors, and boundaries. She is passionate about guiding clients to expand their perspective-taking capacities.
Ascending to great levels of inner and outer leadership necessitates descending into core beliefs to honor, explore, and release long-held hooks. Patterns and old strategies that have outlived their usefulness become visible, explicit, and they transform. Through insight and experiments to build self-efficacy, leaky energy is captured and redirected so that leaders can lead and live with less effort and more ease.
Life and leadership are all about agency. Taking responsibility for our leadership and for our life requires clarity, courage, and commitment. It’s often not comfortable or accessible without deep support. We weren’t taught this…how would we know? When we know better, we can do better.
