Victoria has over 15 years’ experience as a Leadership and Systems Coach, supporting individuals and organizations in developing people and systems that are built to thrive. She offers impactful, depth coaching with gentleness and compassion, drawing on extensive experience working with leaders in high performance organizational settings.
Victoria works with senior leaders to help them climb the developmental ladder. Adults, like children, have stages of development. Different from horizontal development (skill building), vertical development involves expanding into a greater capacity to be with complexity and ambiguity. When we reach new levels of maturity, we are better able to meet life’s challenges. The chaos still exists, but we are hooked less intensely and less frequently and we are clear on our direction. When we do fall, we catch ourselves more quickly, with greater grace and humility.
