Nice to Meet You!

I'm Victoria and am delighted and honored for you to consider me as your coach. After growing up in the ski resort town of Bozeman, Montana, I studied Management Information Systems at the University of Montana (BS, 2012). Leaving the cold, snowy winters behind, I spent eight years in Orange County, California as an Advisory Management Consultant at KPMG and EY. 

In 2017, I became a professional coach because I believe in the transformative power of awareness and choice. I facilitate sessions with individuals and teams to support greater understanding, intimacy, and trust. In coaching and workshops, I pose questions and challenge unexamined beliefs and behaviors, while expanding perspective-taking abilities. Together, we discover creative alternatives for growth to articulate who team members and individuals are and who they can become. 

What I’ve learned over the years, through training and experience, is that life is all about agency. Taking responsibility for our life requires courage and commitment. It’s often not comfortable. I support my clients in navigating the journey that is relational leadership.

When I’m not coaching or working with teams, I can be found reading, skiing, biking, or hiking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains with my partner and our nine-year-old German Shepherd, Krieger, who still thinks he’s a puppy.
