GROUP & TEAM COACHING
I lead facilitated high-impact group or team coaching sessions, structured to create connection and trust. In these sessions, groups or teams can learn from and support each other in expanding awareness, building new skills, and designing experiments for accountability.

“I had the pleasure to know and work with Victoria as my coach for a period of six months. This was my first time working with a leadership coach. The group coaching program was online during the pandemic and in addition to 1:1 coaching, I was part of a cohort of five other leaders who participated.
The combination of individual and group work was an experience that opened my eyes personally as much as professionally and made me more confident in myself.
As part of the group coaching, I discovered that I'm not alone in many of the challenges I encounter as a leader. Others expressed similar doubts and insecurities at times, given the rapid change, ambiguity, and complexity of our industry and the macro environment.
Victoria had the empathy to listen to each of us and she knew from the first conversation the kind of leader I’m now and can be in future. We did a dive deep into my values and the values of each participant in our group. We also explored how each of us could use and work with powerful questions in various contexts. Along the way, I discovered that sometimes it's also good to say "no."
